Andrew established a career in Melbourne as a Chartered Accountant, within Mid and Top-tier Accounting Firms, developing a broad skill set in Tax and Financial Accounting.
He transitioned to Industry, holding Senior Accounting and Finance Management positions within Property Development, Manufacturing and Public Sector Education; building specialist knowledge and commercial acumen.
Throughout Andrew’s 14 years’ experience, he identified the existing gap between clients’ resources and knowledge to provide tax-ready Financials to Tax Accountants for lodgement; along with the need for Finance Management services and upskilling of Business owners.

With over 15 years’ experience within Finance and Accounting, Yen brings strong commercial and analytical expertise to small and medium sized businesses. He holds double Masters degrees in Finance and Accounting from Deakin University and is CPA-qualified.
Before specialising in Business Advisory; Yen developed extensive experience assessing business Financial Statements, Feasibility, and tender qualifications – providing a well-rounded understanding of how businesses operate and what drives sustainable growth.
He is passionate about making finance simple and practical for business owners, helping convert figures and data into decisions through effective Budgeting, Cashflow Management, Internal Controls and meaningful insight.
